The adidas‘ miCoach app for iOS has been updated to version 3, and has new features and a brand new look. The new, official name is miCoach train & run, and the app comes with a new side navigation bar. The “GO” tab in the main menu takes you to your home page, that shows a summary of your workout for that day, night, past week, month, etc.
The main menu also has a new Weekly Goal addition that helps guide you to accomplish short-term goals with miCoach. The goals can be to get moving, lose weight, get in shape, fitness for sport, or endurance boost and you can change your training plans accordingly.
