Ah yes, the black and white color schemed sneaker. A timeless classic. Simple, versatile and stylish. What’s not to love right? There’s been a few Nike Flyknit Racers in the past that have donned the black and white look, and as expected, they are now seen as a hot commodity. So, of course Nike has decided to come out with yet another black and white colorway on one of the their most sought out Flyknit models, the Nike Flyknit Racer.
Just like its upcoming release counterpart, the newest Flyknit Racer opts to get rid of the solid color blocking usually reserved for the alternating medial sides. Instead, the black and white colorway on the Nike Flyknit Racer utilizes interwoven speckling seen on the entire upper. Additional black hits are seen on the laces, tongue, lining and upper half of the midsole. Contrasting the extra black white and white accents spotted on the midsole and Nike tongue branding. Nothing too flashy, bright or vibrant, but the aesthetics of a Nike Flyknit Racer doesn’t need much help to stand out. It’s sleek and stylish silhouette does all the talking. Arriving internationally April 24th, with an expected stateside release soon to follow. Is this a must cop for the the Flyknit fanatics out there? Let us know in the comments below.
You really can’t go wrong with a black and white Nike Flyknit Racer. I dig’em. The only thing I would possibly change would be the Nike Swoosh. It seems to blend in with the rest of the shoe. I would personally want it to stand out a bit more, perhaps making it all black or all white. That’s just me though. Dope shoe overall. I’m looking forward to this Flyknit Racer release.
