What do you think about denim use on a sneaker? Good? Bad? Depends how it’s used? We all have our opinions, but if you do like it, you just may have found your newest upcoming purchase, the Nike Dunk CMFT “Denim”. Let’s take another look.
The entire upper of the Nike Dunk CMFT is dressed in a dark black denim fabric. Hits of premium leather detailing are found on the Nike Swoosh and ankle collar. Offsetting the denim look is an all white misdole. Small Uniersity Red hits are found on the heel tab and as well as on the outsole. With a retail price of $100 and readily available now, is this a must cop for you? Let us know in the comments below.
Denim use on sneakers can go both ways. It can come out looking amazing, or it can be a disaster, it all depends on the color of the denim, how it’s used on the shoe, and of course, what shoe it will be put on. With that being said, the dark black color on this denim doesn’t really help emphasize the fact that it is denim. If Nike had opted to go with something more lighter or ‘blue-er’ it probably would have made a lot more sense.
