One day it’s Michael Jordan vs. Kobe Bryant, the next day it’s Michael Jordan vs. LeBron James – perhaps a debate that will always be discussed in which who is the greatest of all time.

While Michael Jordan has set the plateau of greatness and is considered the G.O.A.T., the argument on whether Michael Jordan or LeBron James is better led to a felony charge of aggravated assault and jail time for one man in State College, Pennsylvania.

22-year-old, Daniel Mondelice and his roommate began the argument in their apartment early Saturday morning, and shortly before 4 a.m., police were called to alleviate the matter which resulted into aggravated assault, terroristic threats and simple assault for Mondelice.

No word on whom Daniel Mondelice was actually rooting for, but Mondelice’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.

One thing is clear so far, when debating over sneakers, the Air Jordan franchise still continues to dominate till this day, although LeBron James is a distant second.
