The ’95-96 season for the Chicago Bulls was monumental, as the team posted a 72-10 record (the only team to ever win 70 regular season games) and eventually leading to their fourth NBA title in six seasons.
Earlier this year, rumors suggested that a special Air Jordan 11 will commemorate the legendary Bulls team and it’s coming to fruition as we enter the mid portion of 2015. Teaser images of the purported Air Jordan 11 “72-10” model have finally leaked online, which correlates with how the silhouette may actually look like. Taking in somewhat of a Space Jam-inspired build with an All-Black upper, slight pops of Gym Red are implemented on the Jumpman branding instead.
Obviously not confirmed as of yet, stay tuned in to KicksOnFire for further updates very soon.
I’d rather want the original Space Jams to come back, but seeing it in Gym Red accents is pretty enticing as well. Either way, this model will surely garner the attention it deserves.
