I remember several years ago Supra was on top of their game. Everywhere you would go you would see people wearing all kinds of lifestyle offerings from the Supra line. Models such as the Supra Skytop spearheaded the Supra movement. Fast-forward to 2015 and Supra has seen better days. In an effort to step back into the limelight, Supra has just released a brand new model that will go by the name of the Belmont High. Let’s take a closer look and see what it’s all about.

The Supra Belmont High is said to be inspired by the high top basketball sneaker that dons the minimal design. The Belmont High will come in three different colorways consisting of black/black, black/white and burgundy/white. All models will come with traits such as suede uppers,  unique stitching, a smooth and sleek heel, a comfortable padded interior, a footbed that comes latex-injected all while sitting on top of a vulcanized sole. Inside you will find an air blown foam EVA insole to proved you with some nice comfort. Available now, you can get either of these pairs for $95.

 Author’s Take

For the most part, I’m not too big of a fan of the high top look. While I do make exceptions, I tend to stick with my low top sneakers. I’ve never been into Supra, because I always thought most of their models were very repetitive when it came to their aesthetics. Although I wish them nothing but the best, I will not be picking any of these up.
