What’s up everyone! We’re right in the middle of August, so right around this time many of you probably started school not too long ago. Were you able to get a fresh pair of kicks to start the new school year off right? If for whatever reason you weren’t able to pick up a new pair of sneakers, I’ve tried to pick out some of the best new kicks all priced at $120 or less to helo you stay fresh.

This week’s Save Your Money gives you plenty to choose from. Kyrie’s new colorway on the Kyrie 2 makes the list. So does a brand new rendition of the Air Jordan 1. Looking to pay homage to the hosting city of the Olympics? We got a couple pairs for that too. Don’t think we forgot about the people who rock Nike SBs, or even the people who mess with Fila, we got all of that! Sit back, take a few minutes to go over the list and let us know which pair(s) you’re feeling the most. Enjoy!

1Converse Chuck Taylor All Star II Celebration

A Chuck Taylor 2 with a brand new open knit mesh construction. That sounds good just saying it! Paying homage to Brazil’s vibrant beach culture, the shoes comes in a Low Top Green and a High Top Blue (pictured above). If you’re looking for an uber-breathable sneaker, this is it!
Price: $110 (High), $105 (Low)

2Nike SB Dunk Low Road

There were several Nike SB models that come in this Elephant Road print on the upper, but this Nike SB Dunk High Low is definitely the one that stands out the most. The all-over print looks amazing on the shoe, and the gum rubber outsole is the icing on the cake.
Price: $110

3Asics Gel Lyte 5 Moonbeam

Another dope colorway of the Gel Lyte 5 coming out of Asics. The shades of Blue taking care of the leather and neoprene upper accompanied by the hits of suede used on the overlays is a perfect match for Summer, and for the Fall season for that matter! I dig it, and I’m not even a fan of this shade of Blue.
Price: $110

4Vans Bandana Pack – SK8 High

Three different models make up this brand new Vans Bandana Pack, but the one that has garnered the most attention is the Sk8-Hi you see above. Coming in a Blue and Red paisley print usually seen on bandanas, the color blocking on the shoe is done very nicely to help give it a unique look and feel. Add in the White hits throughout and you’ve got yourself a clean looking pair of Sk8-Hi’s.
Price: $89

5Nike SB Dunk High Psychedelic

Definitely the grooviest pair from the list. This version of the SB Dunk High makes you feel like you’re on some kind of natural high. The rainbow-like colors on the upper flows perfectly throughout the shoe. There even appears to be some kind of lettering on the overlays. Can you read what is says? No, really, I need some help! Ha.
Price: $120

6Fila Premium Pack

Vegetable Tan leather gives both the both the Fila Original Tennis and Fila Original Fitness a premium construction. The tonal look on the upper paired up with the  White/Gum combination on the sole provide a perfect means of contrast. Did I mention that it also comes with embossed branding as well as leather hits on the insoles and lining? You really can’t go wrong with either pair.
Price: $85

7Nike Juvenate Peach

The ladies have a winner with this model. I recently saw these at the mall and I was definitely surprised at how light they were. This slip-on upper makes this a great daily shoe or something you’d wear for a light workout. This particular colorway is ideal for the Summer. You really can’t go wrong at $95 a pair either.
Price: $95

8Nike SB Dunk Low Pro Ishod Wair Blue / White

The two-toned look done in the color blocking makes me reminisce of the times where Nike SB used to reign supreme. If you’re looking for a pair of Nike SBs that take you back to their glory days, this Nike SB Dunk Low Pro Ishod Wair in the Blue and White colorway should do the trick. Peep the patent leather on the heel tab and Nike Swoosh.
Price: $95

9Nike Kyrie 2 Parade

Celebrate Kyrie’s first NBA Championship by picking up the Parade colorway of the Kyrie 2. The Black and White upper is given a nice pop by way of the multicolor hits placed on the strap. It’s a simple shoe with just the right amount of pop.
Price: $120

10Air Jordan 1 Retro High Deconstructed

Think of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High Deconstructed as the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star version of the Air Jordan 1. The deconstructed look gives it that raw look and feel we’re used to seeing on a classic pair of Chucks. If you’re a fan of that timeless look and also a fan of Jordan 1s, this is probably a match made in heaven.
Price: $123 (You can easily find them for under $120 if you look hard enough)
