Making this the second collaboration between the two, Converse has once again linked up with high-fashion label sak. The new collection contains two paris of sneaker loosely based on the brands classic models

Both pairs use traditional shoe making as a basis for the design and balance it will the converse brands. The One Star sits in a black leather with brown accents and play into the Ryusaku Hiruma-designed capsule for a high-end appeal. The second set, a pair of Jack Purcells, uses a similar design capsule, but dresses it in white leather and a tan toe cap. The 2010 summer collection is available this month at select retailers in the US including Concepts, Blends and Converse Newbury St. for the One Star, and Sak’s in New York and Canvas in Malibu for the Jack Purcell.
