There’s something about seeing a sneaker’s official images that make it all feel “real”. For quite some time we’ve known that the beloved Air Jordan 4 White Cement was scheduled to get the retro treatment. Not only was it set to make a comeback, it was going to do so with Nike branding on the shoe. Easily one of the most popular Air Jordan sneakers of all time, today we take a look at the official images of the Air Jordan 4 OG ’89 White Cement.
The official images of the Air Jordan 4 OG ’89 White Cement shows the shoe will be coming in a white leather upper nicely contrasted by the cement hits placed throughout the base of the shoe. Hits of black also create a nice balance on the shoe as they appear on the tongue lining, part of the midsole, top and bottom eyelets and Nike branding on the heel. Rounding out the look of the shoe is the red Jumpman placed on the tongue. Scheduled to drop February 13th for the retail price of $220, is this Jordan retro release on your watch list? I have the 2012 release, and aside from the Air Jordan 1 Chicago with the Nike branding on the tongue, I’m not really too big on buying Jordan retros with Nike branding. I love the shoe, but since I already have a decent looking pair from a few years back, I think I’d rather save my money and pick up another release somewhere down the line.
