Already nicknamed Nike SB P-Rod 2 (II) – My Bloody Valentine’s Day and Nike SB P-Rod 2 (II) – St. Valentine’s Day Massacre, this particular pair or P-Rods seem to be causing a buzz within the Nike SB community. These definitely do not give off the common I Love You message instead portrays the cold heart break club. The red splatter on the toe box represents blood and the inspiration comes from the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre. They will be included in the Nike SB (Skateboarding) Releases this February. The Saint Valentine’s Day massacre is the name given to the shooting of seven people as part of a Prohibition Era conflict between two powerful criminal gangs in Chicago, Illinois in the winter of 1929: the South Side Italian gang led by Al Capone and the North Side Irish/German gang led by Bugs Moran. Former members of the Egan’s Rats gang were also suspected to have played a large role in the St. Valentine’s Day massacre, assisting Capone. via Wikipedia
