WNBA superstar Skylar Diggins has teamed up with Nike to introduce a new workout for the Nike+ Training Club app. The app is entitled ‘Zoom In 5 Workout’ and it is the first five minute workout available to the app.
The workout is designed to put athletes through a highly intense workout that demands maximum effort for a short burst of time. It features featuring six drills such as climbers, lateral bounds and side shuffle to burpees which combines for a very high intensity workout. This routine requires a high level of stamina and is recommended for athletes who are more advanced in their training.
