The Nike KD 6 “Peanut Butter & Jelly” just may be the most sought after pair of Nike KD 6 since the Nike KD 6 “DC Preheat”. Though it’s grounded in one of the simplest themes, it’s hard to deny the draw. Whether it be the beautiful color that represents the peanut butter, or the deep color that represents the jelly, or even if it’s the nostalgia of times past, the kicks are just dope. We as sneakerheads get to enjoys Kevin Durant’s affinity towards the sandwich this weekend. And we have the SneakerFits to go with it.
The creamy peanut butter colorway is a great look. It almost resembles that of construction boots which allow for great amounts of variations when it comes to outfits. On the left side we wanted to showcase the fact that though the kicks have black in them, you can still wear blue with them. We went with raw denim dark washed jeans. For the buttondown shirt it’s navy but has the deep purple (almost burgundy) that’s on the kicks, as well as some tan for the peanut butter. For the hat we wanted to get back into the black on the kicks but also tie it to the shirt. The Pittsburgh Pirates hat accomplishes that.
We went very simple on the right side with something that will showoff the kicks. Flush black jeans and a black zip up hoodie. This is comfort wear. You have to love jeans and a hoodie in the fall. The graphic on the hoodie matches the sneakers. Fir the hat we found one that matches perfect. It has the purple and tan in it. All on a black hat. Hopefully everyone is able to get a pair of the kicks. Let us know what you rocked. Tag #sneakerfits.
