Looking to continue where the Nike Roshe Run left off, Nike has unveiled the Nike Tanjun in an effort to create yet another successful lifestyle silhouette. What makes this model so interesting is that is has a very similar look to the Roshe Run. I’m willing to be that some people who aren’t really into shoes may even confuse the two. Let’s take a good look a the two colorways that will help debut the Nike Tanjun.
The Nike Tanjun will debut in a Midnight Navy/Game Royal combination as well as a clean Wolf Grey/White colorway. Both pairs will be constructed out of a mesh upper that comes in a diamond grid pattern. The Nike Swoosh on the side panes will come in white to create a nice contrast on the Tanjun. When it comes to the midsole, it looks almost identical to the Roshe Run offering, with the only difference comes in the form of a wave that hits the mid-section of the midsole. Another difference is that the Nike Tanjun has a more structured and visible eyestay and vamp. What are your thoughts on the Nike Tanjun? Does it have potential or is it too late to the party? Sound off in the comments below.
It looks to similar to the Roshe. The only thing that I like about the Tanjun more than the Roshe would probably be the diamon pattern used on the mesh constructcion, but that’s about it.
