While we’ve already showcased official images of the Nike Blazer Mid “Cork,” this latest lifestyle perspective emphasizes its aesthetic in more detail.
Previously reported a number of times, the classic silhouette is essentially constructed of cork, the very same impermeable, buoyant material that’s prevalent in wine bottles, or more recent iterations of Nike silhouettes, such as the Stefan Janoski, Air Max 90, LeBrons and many others.
Black accents seen on the laces, heel tab and Swoosh provide a nice balance, while a clean White sole unit caps off the simplistic and stylish makeup. This Nike Blazer Mid “Cork” is slated to arrive at Nike retailers overseas this Saturday, July 18th, while a stateside release has yet to be announced.
