In honor of the oldest tennis tournament in the world, which is scheduled to take place in London starting on June 27th, a special edition Nike Air Tech Challenge 3 is revealed to commemorate the sporting event.

Utilizing the first-place trophy as the sneaker’s aesthetic inspiration, the model essentially flaunts a mesh and leather upper which is draped in gold. Notable details such as the pineapple trophy top and SWXIX, as well as the address of the All-England Club, are embossed on the tongue.

Offset nicely with white accents on the laces, inner lining and sole unit, expect to find this exclusive pair at select Nike stockists sometime early next month, or before the tournament begins.

Stay tuned for additional updates.

Author’s Take

I’ve always been a fan of this silhouette. I’m pretty biased towards the colorway. It looks solid and I might consider purchasing a pair.
