Another Nike Air Max 1 86 release has been spotted. Dropping in the coming months, here is a first look at the Nike Air Max 1 86 Smokey Mauve.
The Nike Air Max 1 86, is a version of the Air Max 1 designed and made to look like the original production run in 1986, before the Air Max 1 made its debut in 1987. See Nike Air Max 1 ’86 OG Big Bubble University Red. Previewed below, this new colorway of the Nike Air Max 1 86 comes dressed in a Smokey Mauve and Dark Team Red color scheme. It features a White mesh base with Tan suede overlays and Brown Swooshes and mudguards. Elsewhere you will find the signature “Nike” branding on the tongue labels, insoles, and heel embroidery atop White midsole housing the model’s signature longer visible Air unit in the heel atop a Brown rubber outsole.

UPDATE (4/13): Official images of the Nike Air Max 1 86 “Smokey Mauve”. Unlike the pair that was gifted to the Black Market Flea vendors, this is the standard version of the sneaker and will not feature the individually numbers along the midsole.
UPDATE (4/3): To celebrate 2023 Air Max Day, LA-based clothing label Kids of Immigrants teamed up with Nike to gift Black Market Flea vendors exclusive “Big Bubble” Air Max 1s, which include the Smokey Mauve pair you see here. It has also been announced that this colorway is limited to 1,986 pairs as they are individually numbered on the midsoles. As of now, a standard version of the shoe has yet to be announced for a public release.
