Alongside a Chicago-inspired colorway, the next iterations of the Nike Air Force 1 Low is previewed in a new metallic finish.

Perhaps to coordinate with the upcoming Summer 2016 Olympics, the silhouettes’ overall aesthetic evoke the gold and silver medals that are given in the award ceremonies. Essentially comprised of shimmering premium leather, the component is also detailed with miniature perforations to enhance ventilation.

A distinctive logo is slightly peaking on the heel tab, while the model is finished off with a crisp white midsole unit and matching outsole in its respective colorway.

These pairs are scheduled to debut at select Nike retailers in the coming weeks ahead, but stay tuned for further updates.

Author’s Take

I’m always a fan of this silhouette. I’m biased towards these colorways as well and the theme looks solid. I like both pairs, but I’d side with gold more.
