So JR Smith hasn’t had the best season so far. After a season where Jamal Crawford was robbed because the media bends over backwards for anybody remotely good in New York won the NBA Sixth Man of the Year award, he has been struggling with his shot and the Knicks have been struggling at life in general. So when they faced off against the equally wallowing Brooklyn Nets, you had all the makings of a breakout game for JR.

Well, it didn’t happen for JR Smith (25 minutes, 8 points), but hey, at least the Knicks won. That’s something, right? Right? #KNICKSTAPE? Anybody?

As for the rest of the night in kicks, Tyshawn Taylor debuted the adidas Crazy 8 “Brooklyn Nets” (shameless plug of our KoF Mailbox), Carmelo Anthony celebrated the 10th anniversary of his association with Jordan Brand in his Melo 1.5 Retro, Spike Lee broke out his “Knicks” Nike Air Foamposite One and more.
