As we head into the final days of the NBA regular season, there is a feeling on inevitability that starts to set in for 14 of the NBA’s 30 teams.  Unfortunately for them, their season will end this Wednesday and they will have to endure months of questions about what went wrong this season, not to mention one last parting shot from Ernie, Shaq, Kenny and Charles as they go fishing for the summer.  And unfortunately for us, we will no longer be graced by the presence of some of the best teams in our nightly recaps.  If your sneaker life revolves around the numbers I-IV, you’re probably going to want to pay attention these next few days.  Either that or expand your horizons, just saying…

Anyways, Derrick Williams is once again in the news as his shockingly rocked his pair of the Air Jordan 4 “Oregon Ducks.”  The iconic sneaker features a metallic green finish on the lace tabs and heel for that Oregon look, which is kind of funny because Williams is an Arizona alumnus.  I guess we can forgive for that for today since the “Ducks” is one of the rarest Air Jordan IVs out there, not to mention its story – a tribute by designer Tinker Hatfield in memory of his friend Doug McClain – is particularly moving.
