NBA All-Star Weekend kicked off on Friday with plenty of heat on the feet of just about every baller, both real and celebrity. During the celebrity game, there was much love for Jordan Brand on the court (btw, did you know it’s MJ’s 50th birthday on Sunday?) with Maya Moore rocking a unique colorway of the XX8, Kevin Hart turning heads with a new look on the Jordan CP3.VI and Rocsi Diaz showed that you can wear a pair of the Jordan Son of Mars with pride.
Meanwhile, the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge produced another victory for Team Chuck (like there was any doubt) led by MVP Kenneth Faried, who represented in the adidas Crazy Fast. Featuring an actual team instead of the fantasy lineup that Team Shaq put up, Team Chuck’s Faried was joined by other youngbloods like Anthony Davis (Nike Air Max Barkley Posite “Area 72”), Ricky Rubio (adidas Crazy Light 2 “All-Star”) and Bradley Beal (Nike Zoom HyperDisruptor).
