The Nike Kobe 9 EM has been the sneaker of the NBA Preseason so far, with practically every team having at least one player wearing either a retail release or an exclusive colorway. For somebody who thinks everybody should be wearing his shoes, this kind of news probably pleases Kobe Bryant to no end. Not only is it a sign of respect by players around the league to Kobe but a testament to the performance benefits of the Kobe 9.
Golden State Warrior Brandon Rush also rocks the Nike Kobe 9, but unlike most, he takes the Elite route. What makes Rush’s pair different is that he opted for a low-cut pair and a custom colorway that looks to be a NIKEiD creation. That picture above might look like Kobe telling his team to slow down and watch him
shoot a turnaround jumper set up the offense, but I think he wanted to take a second and admire what Rush was wearing.
As for the rest of the night in kicks, Courtney Lee broke out his Nike LeBron 11 iDs again, Stephen Curry in the Under Armour ClutchFit Drive, Trevor Booker takes his Nike LeBron 10 Elite with him to Utah and much more.
