So the night before the much-anticipated (and quickly resold because money and stupid) release of the Air Jordan 11 “Gamma”, we got Will Bynum rocking arguably the best Air Jordan 11 in the form of the “Space Jam”. And when the “Gamma” finally did drop, we saw a pair on the court, it just wasn’t the “Gamma” 11s. Maybe because nobody in the NBA is a Jacksonville Jaguars fan, perhaps?
Anyways, we got Jordan Hamilton wearing the Air Jordan 12 “Gamma” instead of the 11 because he has good taste in Jordans (12 > 11) and probably because they’re an easier cop than the “Gamma” 11s (because money and stupid). As for the rest of the weekend in kicks, Nick Young channeled his inner Black Mamba again (5-18 shooting Saturday night against the Warriors) in another Nike Kobe 8 iD, Monta Ellis representing Jordan Brand like only he can (without an official deal) in Spizike iDs, Chris Paul goes back-to-back with new variants of his signature Jordan CP3.VII and much more.
