The Jordan Spike 40 is the latest Spike Lee/Jordan Brand sneaker. Following in the footsteps of sneakers such as the Jordan Spizike and the Jordan Son of Mars, the Spike 40 also looks to make a name of its own. One way it looks to gain more fans is by coming in a Black History Month theme. Let’s take a look at the Jordan Spike 40 BHM.
The lifestyle sneaker will come covered in the tribal print that is being considered the BHM theme and found on the majority of Jordan Brand BHM sneakers. The multi-colored tribal print is accompanied by the black patent leather hits placed all over the shoe. Additional features on the shoe include the icy outsole, the JCRD construction on the upper and the Mars Blackmon lace dubraes. Set to drop on February 6th, you can get a pair of your own for $200. Cop or drop?
Spike Lee’s sneaker career with Jordan Brand started withe the Spizike, and it should have ended there as well. These are bad, and not in a good way. Also, why are these priced higher than a pair of retros?! Come on, man.
