Yesterday, at the Washington Wizards point guard and 2010 #1 overall NBA Draft Pick John Wall, held an event in New York City at the Footlocker on 34th Street in Herald Square showcasing his first signature shoe from Reebok, the John Wall ZigEncore. The ZigEncore is a state of the art sneaker that features a low-profile ZigNano sole which provides a responsive performance during the game, a lightweight synthetic upper, and a removable sock-liner for additional comfort. For John’s quick cuts and speed, Reebok went with the tried and true rubber herringbone outsole.
Fans in attendance were entitled to a few tips from the star point guard as well as an interview hosted by bigger-than-life radio personality, Funk Master Flex. In addition to his sneakers, John informed fans about his “J Wall” line of hoodies, track pants, training shorts, and tees that he is working on with Reebok. For those looking to slip into a pair of ZigEncores, you can grab a pair now at Footlocker and Reebok.
