Streetwear brand The Hundreds and adidas are teaming up again on yet another soccer inspired skateboarding collaboration pack. This pack, dubbed the “Striker” Pack will be making it’s way into PacSun this month.
The pack takes it’s name and color inspiration from Bobby Hundred’s youth soccer team. Apparently the team was not particularly good, but Bobby remembers, “we had the most heart, and hands-down the best colors: burgundy and grey.” Lucky for us, that great color combination is all over the collection.
The pack is made up of three t-shirts and a pair of sneakers. The shirts really shine in the way their designs effortlessly blends the two companies identities. However, perhaps the most interesting thing is the way the shoes are described as combining skateboarding and soccer by “mixing the silhouette of the classic Vans Era Pro with the adidas‘ three stripes.” I personally can’t wait to get them in hand to see the execution in detail.
Check out the photos and look for the “Striker” pack to hit PacSun on March 21st!
