Back in 2008 a limited edition Nike SB Dunk High released that was simply known as the “Panda” release. To this day it remains one of the most sought after releases when it comes to the SB Dunk, a large reason is because there were only around 400 pairs released and most of them landed overseas.
The shoe is a reference to the wild animal that was living at the Ueno Zoo in Japan at the time and features a fuzzy upper in black and white that is meant to resemble the fur of a panda. This time around the release will be coming in low top form as opposed to the high edition that released in 2008. Some bad news for those of you who are hoping to cop is that the shoe is rumored to be releasing in GS sizes only and will also be limited.
Are any of the small footed sneakerheads hoping to grab a pair? If you are, the expected release date will be next week March 15th at select Nike retailers in Japan.
