Saucony has got ideas for days and they’ve definitely stepped things up in terms of originality. Today we get a look at the Saucony Grid SD “Games” Collection, which reminisces on the color combos we’ve seen in video games from the 1990s. The collection delivers three different looks for the Saucony Grid model, catering to every different gamer out there.

The Saucony Grid SD “Games” Collection finds a nice balance with darker and brighter hues across the board, establishing a sense of uniformity. The first rendition favors a predominate Teal upper with a Black toe and incorporates Pink as an accent color. The second look is simpler, favoring a Black and Grey palette with deeper Pink accents. The last installment to the Saucony Grid SD “Games” Collection work a Navy Blue and Grey build with touches of light Blue along the upper. Let us know which games these remind you of in the comment section below and look for them now at select Saucony retailers.

Author’s Take

Pac-Man, Sonic, Pokemon, and Rush were the only games of the 90s that I played. I hope that isn’t disappointing to hear. I wasn’t much of a gamer and I’m not very into these gaming kicks.

A specific gamer-sneaker would be preferred to these. Show me an upper with Sonic the Hedgehog, or Ms. Pac Man or Red. Not just the color scheme, bro.
