The NBA playoffs are about 1 month away. The East and West teams are battling it out for position and it is yet to be determined who’s in an who’s out. Chris Paul’s Clippers are currently 7th in the Western Conference, putting them in the playoffs if the postseason began today. With Blake Griffin recently making his comeback from injury the odds are in the Clipper’s favor that they will be playing in the postseason. With that being said, Jordan Brand is wasting no time in showcasing what they have in store for the upcoming postseason. The Jordan CP3.VIII “Playoffs” are seen above in two different colorways ready for Chris Paul to use this upcoming postseason.
The new CP3.VIII’s will be sporting a new upper that seem to be some type of mesh like material that has yet to be used on the CP3.VIII. The first pair I assume will be the ‘Away’ pair, will come in a black upper with red found in thelayer under the mesh and in the midsole. A red tongue along with a red inner lining also complete the look. The ‘Home” pair will have a white upper with a grey layer under the mesh. The midsole comes in white, while red hits appear on the heel, inner lining and flywire. No release information is available as of today, but once the Jordan CP3.VII “Playoffs” have a release date, we’ll be sure to let you know.
