The retro game has many sneakerheads thinking what could the shoe company’s pull out next. We’ve seen Nike bolster up with its retro game, Reebok become resurgent with theirs, and even FILA had people hovering over their PCs to get some of that retro feel. But now in a turn for the utterly unexpected we get pictures of a Dada retro. Yes you read that right! The most recent buzz from Dada was Drake rocking one of the company’s shirts in a recent video.
Dada gained notoriety with its urban type basketball sneakers lead by players like Latrell Sprewell and Chris Webber. So it seems the latter’s signature will be retro’d. Quite popular in the early 2000s, the Dada Supreme CDubbz Retro “Chrome” looks to make a return (and from the looks of things so will other colorways). Webber wore the Dada Supreme CDubbz during his dominance in Sacramento, and his epic battles with the Lakers. He wore this particularly infamous colorway during the 2002 All-Star Game to much buzz and awe (see below) . The hightop kicks feature a metallic chrome throughout the whole sneaker. Keep it locked to KOF for more developments on these retro gems. And let us know what you think about the Dada retro’ing.
