Converse joins forces with American artist, Futura, to create to a special set of footwear highlighted by the Chuck Taylor All Star II.

Featuring original artwork by the legendary Brooklyn-based artist, the pack, dubbed “Skyfall,” is a unique technique that creates two optical illusions: one, that the onlooker is viewing an expanse of tree or mountain tops, and the other, that looks as if the sky is falling.

The silhouette features an all-over reflective body with the original “Skyfall” artwork and branded box packaging and shoe bag. Available in both Hi-Top and Ox, the models are finished off with varnished midsoles and two-toned reflective laces.

Retailing for $100 (Ox) and $110 (Hi-top), you can purchase either pair at select Converse retailers on Friday, June 24th.

I’ll always be an advocate for the silhouettes. They’re just timeless. This collab is another solid offering from the brand.
