On November 3rd of 1995 the Chicago Bulls embarked on a new season. A season which would have Michael Jordan start the year in Chicago again for the first time since the 92-93 campaign.

The Bulls came in with high expectations. Jordan returns. The acquisition of Rodman. Scottie had a year and a half under his belt as “the guy”, and Toni Kukoc was acclimating himself to the NBA game.

The Bulls would go through the greatest team season the NBA has ever seen going 72-10 and eclipsing the 1971-72 Lakers previous best of 69-13 (a record the Bulls would then match the following season). They only lost back to back games once and went on win streaks of 13 and 18 games (along with a stock pile of 5, 6 and 7 game streaks).

On December 12th (yes, you read it right December 12th), Nike and Jordan Brand are commemorating that magical Bulls season with the Air Jordan 11 72-10. Premium leather in the upper, an embossed Jumpman and a patent leather we’ve not seen in any other XI release.

While we anxiously wait for the Holiday 2015 release, let’s take a look at the best of what the Bulls had on foot during their run.

The Bulls shut it down with a lot of heat that season. So many shoes that I know people would like to see again. What shoes from that season would you like to see commemorated, or at least finally retroed for release?
