Overkill. The sneaker community is witnessing it. For months, we’ve been watching as countless Foamposite models hit shelves… and stay there. And we may have finally hit our breaking point when the news that this was coming:
Deep down inside, I told myself: “Please Sneaker God, let this be a CUSTOM!” He didn’t listen. They actually release on 06/28/14.
At this point, they might as well put up Foamposites on Nike ID.

The attention being paid to Foams has never been higher but the hate is also as high as it has ever been. Where Foamposites were once events that sneakerheads got line for days in hopes of scoring pair, they are now punchlines for Juan’s jokes. We love the Foams and don’t actually want to see it die, but we need to go back what they once were and never look back.
