Part of the Black Fives x Puma collaborative collection, here is the Black Fives x Puma Clyde Mid. For those why may not know, the Black Fives Foundation is a nonprofit whose mission is to research, preserve, showcase, teach and honor the pre-NBA history of African Americans in basketball. Paying tribute to the OGs, this special iteration of the Puma Clyde Mid celebrates PUMA’s heritage on the court while amplifying the history of the Black Fives era. Standout details include a chenille fabric Formstrip, washed rubber sole and the Black Fives Foundation’s signature slogan, “Make History Now,” on the lateral side of the heel. Blue laces and a Puma basketball logo on the heels round out the main features of the shoe.
