It’s been a cool minute since we’ve seen a new colorway of the Asics Gel Epirus. Whether that’s because it’s not as popular as say the Gel Lyte 3 or Gel Lyte 5 or because Asics is just selective with their color choices for the retro runner, who really knows. What we do now is that there is a new colorway that you can cop now and it won’t put a dent in your wallet.
One of the last noticeable releases of the Gel Epirus came about a year ago when Asics released a Brazil-inspired colorway that payed homage to the FIFA World Cup that was getting ready to begin at the time. Fast forward to 2015 and we now are treated to this new colorway that seems like it would have been a dope drop for Halloween or the Fall due to its selection of colors. A combination of black, grey and orange are splashed onto the shoe with suede and mesh materials. The midsole is done in white with a subtle “cracked” print overlay that gives the sneaker another touch of “cool.”
Look for this colorway of the Asics Gel Epirus at select Asics retailers today for the affordable price of just $85.
