adidas Superstar Mule Plant and Grow

Part of the adidas Originals “Plant and Grow” initiative, in which adidas continues on with its sustainable efforts, this model takes the original adidas Superstar and cuts of the rear section of the shoe to create a slip-on mule design. An ideal look for the summer, this new iteration of the Superstar is perfect for those laid back moments while also being an eco-friendly option. Done in a “Collegiate Green/Easy Yellow” color scheme, the mule is made using a vegan alternative to leather placed atop a Brown speckled sole unit crafted from rubber that is designed to look like soil — whereas the upper is meant to look like grass. Other details include the Brown speckled rope laces, an “Easy Yellow” insole housing the adidas’ new “Plant and Grow” logo and the adidas branding on the tongue finished in Gold.
