Following a detailed overview of the James Jarvis x Nike SB Free collection, an on-foot editorial perspective of sneakers are now emphasized.
Just to recap, Nike has joined forces with London-based artist James Jarvis to reinterpret the Nike SB Free. Comprised of two distinctive colorways – Black and White – the low-top sneakers are emblazoned with Jarvis’ signature graphic scribbles across its entirety with a special illustration adorning the insoles. Each reinforced with an SB Free outsole to round out its simplistic profile, that enables better traction and balance, you can find both sneakers at select Nike retailers globally now.
Collaborations always catch my attention in various levels and I think this latest homage to the London-based artist is a nice execution. I’m not a fan of the silhouette itself but maybe art lovers and skaters would appreciate the model. Look for both sneakers at Nike accounts now.
