Jordan Brand‘s lineup for Holiday 2015 is certainly a tribute to the Air Jordan 8 thus far, as three adoring colorways are scheduled to make a return. Following our coverage on the Air Jordan 8 “Aqua” and Air Jordan 8 “Three Time’s A Charm,” the third installment consists of the popular “Black and Chrome” edition.
Noted as the first non-OG variation of the Air Jordan 8, this particular model made its initial debut back in 2003 and certainly garnered too much attention, in correlation with the iconic silhouette and especially its monochromatic palette, therefore listed as an instant classic. Simply described overall, tonal Black dominates the sneaker’s nubuck composition and sole unit, while varying shades of Chrome Grey, White and Black flow along its distinctive rear portion.
Rounded out with its signature furry Jumpman logo in its respective palette, alongside its laces and tonal crossover straps embroidered with the number “23”, look for the Air Jordan 8 “Black and Chrome” to arrive at Jordan Brand and Nike stockists once again after 12 years, sometime during Holiday 2015.
