2015 has come and gone just like that. We saw a lot of Air Jordan 4s get the remastered treatment this year and it looks like we’re going to get a lot more of the same thing in 2016. With several different colorways of the Air Jordan 4 already announced, the first one to actually release comes out next week. Created as a tribute to player exclusive models, the Air Jordan 4 Alternate 89 is meant to portray what a PE version would look like if Michael Jordan had worn one back in 1989.
The Air Jordan 4 Alternate 89 comes in a premium tumbled leather upper offset by the numerous hits of red placed throughout the shoe that include the midsole, lining, netting on the side panels and eyelets. The Jumpman branding appears in black and can be found in the heel and tongue of the shoe. The inside of the heel tab will come with “Alternate 89” written on it. Set to release on January 2nd for the retail price of $190, how many of you are looking forward to picking up a pair of the Air Jordan 4 Alternate?
