Jordan Brand is planning on releasing another brand new colorway of the Air Jordan 12. Dubbed the Air Jordan 12 Wings, the shoe is said to be a charity based release with all proceeds supporting the Wings Foundation.
At first glance the shoe looks like a hybrid between the Air Jordan 12 Playoffs and the Air Jordan 12 The Master. The shoe comes in the same colorway and color blocking as the Air Jordan 12 Playoffs as a black and white leather take care of the upper. Adding a luxe look to the shoe are the gold accents (The Master) placed on the eyelets and midsole region of the shoe. The gold region on the midsole also reads “Wings” to go along with the theme of the shoe. Lastly, the Michael Jordan “Wings” logo from iconic poster can be seen on the heel portion of the shoe.
According to Nike, the gold Wings reveal themselves after use not unlike the Lance Mountain Air Jordan 1s although how easy or hard the graphics reveal themselves remain to be seen.
Each pair will be individually numbered and limited to only 12,000 pairs. Good luck because you’re going to need it.

Juan Carrillo, News: I like it. Black, white and gold..what’s not to love? Sad to hear that they may be limited to only 12,000. If you thought the Air Jordan 12 The Master release surprised you in how fast they sold, wait until people begin to hear these are limited to 12,000. There goes my chance at getting a pair.
