The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Metallic Navy is set to release on June 4th. That’s less than 2 weeks away, and yet the majority of people don’t seem to be too hyped on the release. Are people sleeping on this pair of Jordan 1s? If that’s the case, I really don’t understand why.

It comes in an OG colorway. It comes with Nike branding. It’s a very versatile colorway. Am I missing something? For those of you who still need a little convincing, this latest image shows all the beauty that the shoe has to offer. A White leather upper takes care of the majority of the shoe. While the Metallic Navy accents provide sharp contrast while also giving the shoe a subtle pop. It’s simple, but nothing else is really needed to make this a classic. Coming out on June 4th for $160, are you sleeping or are you wide awake? Author’s Take

It’s a clean OG colorway, but I just think the “NIKE AIR” branding on Jordan 1s is not as hyped as it used to be. Even non-OG colorway are getting the OG treatment. Nike branding is not what it used to be.
