The timeless Air Jordan 1 in the iconic Bred/Banned colorway which first debuted in 1985, will be returning once again, as additional official imagery of the forthcoming remastered silhouette continue to be unveiled.

Renowned for violating the league’s uniform code with a $5,000 fine when worn on the court, black and red essentially covers its premium leather composition. While this pair mimics its 1985 counterpart, this 2016 variation, however, does not incorporate the distinctive ‘X’ detailing on the heel which was seen on the 2011 rendition. Although, the classic ‘Nike Air’ branding has been implemented on the tongue.

Finished off with the iconic wings logo across its ankles, a clean white midsole unit and red outsole — you can buy this pair at select JB and Nike accounts on September 3 for a price tag of $160.
