The Nike Air Max 1 Essential returns in a new colorway this season, following a recent “BRED” and classic “Black/White” theme.
Utilizing a palette that has been quite popular in the past, this latest iteration flaunts Red, White and Grey blended perfectly together. Boasting a more premium construction compared to its traditional counterpart, the model inherits a pebbled leather mudguard and Swoosh branding in Red, while smooth Grey leather is utilized for its vamp section and heel. Overall, breathable White mesh is implemented for the upper to solidify its compositional makeup.
Other notable details include branding on the tongue tab and heel tab, as well as matching laces. The silhouette is essentially colored in an aesthetically pleasing colorway. All adhered atop a White midsole unit, the outsole is shaded in its respective palette as well. You can find this latest pair at Nike retailers now for $110.
One of my favorite runners and I’m just a sucker for this colorway. The color combo is simply appealing and I can’t really say anything negative about it. Definitely a pair to consider purchasing.
