The Nike LeBron 11 is available now for customization and NIKEiD and it has a lot of people talking in both directions. Some are applauding the addition of the Chroma option that was first used in the Nike KD 6 iD but there are those who are lamenting Nike’s recent practice of taking colorways and NIKEiD options that were popular in one product and placing them in everything they can get their hands on at the moment (Green Glow, I’m looking at you). It’s not unlike when you see a custom pair of kicks that is flipped around and given a colorway that is famous on another sneaker. You might not be all that impressed because you’ve seen it before, but there have been instances where the colorway that was in one sneaker actually works a whole lot better in another (again, Green Glow, I’m looking at you). Whether you fall on one side of the fence or the other, there is no mistaking that heads will be turning when you put one of these together and actually pull the $250 ($270 if you go Chroma) trigger.
So here are some of the colorways that we have put together for you to not to copy wholesale because you want to have your own design and stand out from the crowd, but you can maybe use it as a guide and see what else you can come up with. Let us know what you think of our creations and be sure to send us your designs at the @kicksonfire Twitter using the hashtag #KoFLeBron11iD.
