Air Jordan 9 (IX) Original (OG) - Black / Light Olive - True Red

The Air Jordan 9 (IX) Original (OG) - Black / Light Olive - True Red was released in 1993 and retailed for $125.  The base is a combination of black leather surrounded by an olive colored durabuck material. The midsole is completely black which goes well with the black leather upper. The shoe is high tech, but probably not as much as the previous Air Jordan 8 (VIII).  It’s features consist of a dynamic - fit inner bootie, a “one pull” lacing system, large volume air- sole unite in the heel, an encapsulated air- sole unit in the forefoot, and a polyurethane midsole. It was popular during its release, mainly because it does not feature official team colors, and those are always highly sought after.
