The Air Jordan 23 (XX3 or XXIII) – White / Varsity Red – Metallic Silver released on July 12, 2008 alongside the Air Jordan 23 (XX3 or XXIII) Low – White / Varsity Red. They feature a a predominantly white upper along with navy and silver accents. The side panels sport an interesting contrast stitching design. They feature a ton of performance features including an IPS (Independent Podular Suspension) system, as well as a carbon fiber plate which extends along the bottom the of sole which is said to be modeled after Michael Jordan’s thumb print. Lastly, a metallic, glossy panel extends from the front of the shoe across the entire length, and covers the midsole body of the sneaker.
