The Air Jordan 17 (XVII) Original (OG) Low – All Stars (White / Lightning – Black – Chrome) were released on June 1, 2002, and retailed for $150. They feature a lower cut design than the others, hence the reason for the big drop in price. A very noticeable feature is the dynamic fit sleeve which extends far past the shoe’s length. They feature a white leather upper with black and yellow accents. The heel features a chrome strip which runs horizontally across it, as do other colorways of the Air Jordan 17 (XVII), which features a blue peel off sticker, allowing the chrome finish to stay fresh for however you want it to. The shoe features metal lacing eyelets, a midfoot cover which provides a customized, supportive fit, as well as a foambacked Lycra collar for increased comfort. They also feature a lightweight phylon midsole with blow molded heel Air-Sole unit and forefoot tuned air unit, TPU heel stabilizer for heel and ankle support, and a full length composite shank plate provides increased support and prevents turf toe.
