The Air Jordan 11 (XI) Original (OG) - Columbia (White / Columbia Blue - Black) were released in February, 1996, and retailed for $125. They feature a beautiful white upper, with patent leather at the base, as well as a white midsole, and probably the most noticeable and liked feature, the icy blue sole. The Air Jordan 11 (XI) features a carbon fiber spring plate, ballistic nylon uppers, a Huarache inner sleeve, quick lace system, carbon fiber sheath and air sole. Many sneakerheads and critics would agree that although the design was simply amazing, the quality was quite poor, as the patent leather would crack easily, and the soles would start to turn quickly. Also, they Air Jordan 11 (XI) did not provide adequate comfort in the midsole, and was not as good on traction as previous models.
