Saucony x Bodega ‘Elite Pack’

We have seen bits and pieces of the Saucony x Bodega ‘Elite Pack’ here and there but now that it is finally on shelves here is a look at all three silhouettes. The drop includes suede mulitcolored versions of the Grid 9000, Master Control and Jazz 91 and they are limited to 300 pairs per sneaker which means you have a very short window of time to cop. We’d suggest acting now if you are interested.

Saucony x Solebox Shadow 5000 Collection New Images

Last year we got to check out a few shots of a new Saucony collaboration with Solebox. Well if you were left as curious about this collaboration as we were there is still little information known about the release but here are a few more images of the shoes from an aerial view. Either pair of suede Saucony Shadow 5000‘s are dipped in two tones with a black heel backing an either pink or white toe. This set also displays the tonal black tongue tag and the Solebox written in pink across the footbed. Stay tuned for release information.

Bodega x Saucony Elite Master Control – Spring 2012

Back in May we previewed two colorways in the Saucony Elite Master Control, which were actually a collaboration with Boston-based boutique Bodega. Now we’re learning that the two have teamed up once again to craft another version of the shoe. For this go round, the shoe features a suede construction that blends blue, red and orange hues, along with minimal hints of grey. Finishing off the look is a white midsole and gum rubber outsole. Look for these to drop in February.

Bodega x Saucony GRID 9000 Elite

Saucony and Bodega are back at it and it seems that the boutique really knows their way around the brand’s catalog. This time they employ the Saucony GRID 9000 Elite under their agenda in a brown based suede upper with licks of blue adding a bit of color. A nylon toe box and funky texturized heel really help this one to stand out in the mix successfully as a shoe to watch in 2012.

Looking forward to February 2012, Crooked Tongues gives us a glimpse at a runner from the early 90s, the Saucony Grid 9000. Graced with a mostly tonal brown suede upper, the model is set with premium materials to help further the silhouettes aesthetic. Borrowing a page from the Nike Huarache, the model features a black nylon-styled sock liner that compliments the black stripe over the ankle. Touches of blue highlight different areas of the shoe, leaving the gum bottom to date the model, but also give it just the right amount of nostalgia. A runner then and a runner now, look for this Saucony Grid 9000 to hit retail in February 2012.

Bodega and Saucony are no strangers to collaboration at all so their double teaming of this Elite Jazz 91 model should come as little to no surprise. The resulting sneaker is a very good example of how to properly colorblock a shoe with a build that is composed of suede and nylon. Shades of blue are counterbalanced by a tan heel and white wedge on the forefoot midsole. These are set to be released in the Spring of next year and they will be in pretty limited numbers but don’t worry because we will keep you updated as far as specific release information goes.

Solebox x Saucony Shadow 5000 ‘Pink Devil’

Solebox and Saucony continue their tradition of tight releases with this upcoming set of ‘Pink Devil’ colorways. In this sneak peek we get a glimpse at the two colorway suede creation and its suede build. Most of the colorblocking takes place on the toe of the sneaker with either Pink or White being used from model to model while a Black suede heel and side panel holds the design down. We aren’t specifically sure how many of these will release but we are certainly sure that they won’t be around long.

Commonwealth x Saucony Jazz Low Pro

The Saucony Jazz Low Pro gets a makeover that gives it a truly luxury feel thanks to Commonwealth. For the trio of sneakers the jogging silhouette is draped in plush nubuck and features deep gum accents on the outsole. Tonal leather lining and heel tabs complete each look while an embossed tongue handles the branding of the affair. These will be available shortly.

Bodega x Saucony Grid 9000 Colorways

Bodega puts another collaboration up on the boards with its take on the Saucony Grid 9000. The resulting two colorway drop is something truly special done with a rich blend of suede and leather in mixed tones. Either Blue / Orange or Tan / Black give these sneakers a direct advantage over any others they’d sit on shelves next to. They are available now at both Bodega or Premier.

Solebox x Saucony Shadow 5000 “Three Brothers” Pack

Shots of the Solebox x Saucony Shadow 5000 “Three Brothers” Pack first appeared back in May, but it looks like they are just not going to see the light of retail. Created as tribute to the three creators of Berlin’s most recognized sneaker boutique, the pack includes “versions” of the same sneaker. All three features a variation of black, grey and a tonal blue, with grey laces being the only thing consistent between the pack. They collaborative work will be released on September 24 and will be limited to 95 pairs a piece.

Anteater x Saucony Jazz Original

If proof was needed that street wear culture is alive and well in Russia Anteater would certainly serve as substantial evidence. The shop not only stocks an assortment of 5 panel caps and T-shirts but they also now have a special edition Saucony Jazz Original on shelves. For their collaborative effort the boutique chose to go with a Grey suede and mesh upper that is accented with a speckled Tan leather. The accent carries over from the sneakers upper to its laces and outsole to create a very unique looking upper. The sneaker comes packaged with a special edition shirt for the occasion that matches the design placed on the shoes insoles. This release is limited to 120 pairs of sneakers and should be dropping at select shops including Anteater soon.

Saucony Shadow 90 – Fall 2011 Colorways

Old skool brand Saucony has received a lot of attention recently, specifically due to its collaboration with Solebox. Here we have some detailed pictures of two versions in the Saucony Shadow 90, which are part of the brand’s Fall 2011 collection. The first features a burgundy colorway along with white accents, while the second boasts a grey design along with white and orange contrasts. You can find them both now at Premier.

Solebox is no stranger to sneaker collaborations and neither is Saucony. With that said the two have combined to give us the “Three Brothers” pack which includes three brand new colors of a similar aesthetic blocked in different ways.

Black, Blue and Grey each color the upper in different ways to make this release pretty special. One colorway is features a Black upper with Grey on the lace plate while another is dipped in Blue with Grey in the same place. The third colorway features a mix of each blocked with equal billing on the upper over the course of suede and mesh. Stay tuned for information regarding the release date and availability.

Here we get some initial pictures of an upcoming collaboration between Solebox and Saucony on the brand’s Shadow 5000 silhouette. From what we can observe, it looks like they come in three different variations.

One combines a vibrant blue hue with a contrasting black color, and seems to be constructed from a combination of suede and mesh. Finishing off the design is a simple white midsole and black rubber outsole. Another sports a similar design, but this time utilizes more of the bright blue color, while a third is dressed mainly in black with blue and grey serving as contrasts. Stay tuned in for more information as it surfaces.

8 Amsterdam x Saucony Shadow 6000 ‘Invictus’

Here’s a limited edition drop that came and went over in Amsterdam. Only 140 pair of these were made and sold exclusively through a boutique named 8 Amsterdam.

The sneakers feature a clean upper that is composed of denim, suede and mesh. The sneaker is colored after the city of Amsterdam and the designer and store owner wanted them to represent his cities style. As for the shoe’s name its branded on his forearm and loosely translates to ‘indestructible’. Seeing as how these just released a few days ago the store may have a few pairs left but chances are slim.
