Vans SK8 Hi - SL Supreme Public Enemy black / yellow

The Vans SK8 Hi - SL Supreme Public Enemy black / yellow was inspired by hip hop group Public Enemy.  At their peak in hip hop, Public Enemy brought about controversy with their harsh lyrics.  Many people began to target them, hence the design of the shoe.  The side panel features a big cross- hair aimed at the silhouette of a rapper.  The whole color scheme ties into the whole Pro- Africa movement. The phrase ” It takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back” is printed along the shoe’s midsole.
