The New Balance MT580 – Real Mad Hectic was a collaboration between New Balance and Real Mad Hectic. They featured two colorways (Blue/Navy and Lime/Grey) and were constructed from nylon material as well as nubuck. This marked the 8th time that Real Mad Hectic did a MT580 collaboration. The shoes also featured roll bars.A roll bar is a system within the shoe, developed by New Balance, which keeps the wearer’s foot from pronating.
